Pre-K Registration

Parents wishing to enroll their children at St. Peter's must complete and/or submit documents outlined in the Registration Packet. Registration packets are available in the school office.

Pre-K students will need to present:

• Georgia Preschool/Daycare Immunization Certificate,
• Birth certificate
• Physical examination form.

According to GA law, these forms must be on file when school starts. The last DPT and polio immunizations must have been given after a child is four years old.

In addition to the above, Catholic students must have on file:

• Baptismal certificate
• Parish Participation Card
• In order to receive the Catholic rate of tuition, the school must have a participating parishioner card or letter from the pastor of your current Catholic parish.
