Drama

It has become tradition for the drama students at Saint Peter's to end the school year with spring performances. The ever dramatic 5th grade is working on an adaptation of "The Sound of Music" under the direction of drama teacher Lucy Fonseca and music teacher Ellen Lea. "The Sound of Music" will be performed May 4-5, 2010. Morning and evening performance times to come.

The eighth grade is working on an adaptation of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" under the direction of Lucy Fonseca and music teacher Ana Portman. "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" will be performed on April 20, 2010. They will perform in the morning for the school as well as for the local Island's Pre-schools! They will have a performance for the public that evening, time to come.

Each week the students work on voice projection, stage presence, impromptu skills, and music. They plan on ending the school year "on a good note"! Please check back for further updates.
