WELCOME TO ART CLASS
GRADES PRE- KINDERGARTEN - EIGHTH GRADES!! 

I am very excited to be teaching your child art this year! I have some wonderful things planned and classes are already under way. Your child will be learning about famous artists, the elements and principals of design, as well as different art techniques.

Pre-K will be introduced to the art room and some basic art techniques. We will touch on the lives and works of the famous artists.

Kindergarten will create an art book that will showcase some of the elements of design.

First- Fifth Grades will use sketchbooks that will serve as benchmarks for upcoming lessons.

Sixth - Eighth Grades will begin to master some of the elements and principles of design by using different mediums(for example: plaster gauze, wood, paint, pastels, and mixed media).
